Is there a trial assessment for new dogs?
Yes, a trial assessment is mandatory for all new dogs. It lasts 2-4 hours, and you can leave your pup until 7pm on weekdays or 4pm on weekends. The trial helps assess if your dog is comfortable with the staff, facility, and other dogs.
Are there any spay/neuter requirements?
Dogs over 7 months must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play. Unaltered dogs can enjoy individual play and one-on-one activities.
What are the guidelines for feeding?
Clients should provide their dog’s regular food to maintain the same diet. The facility follows your feeding instructions and offers house food for an additional fee if needed.
Can the facility administer medications?
Yes, they can administer non-injectable medications. Charges for medication administration vary from 5% to 15% of the boarding cost, depending on the medication type.
What is the policy for Staycare reservations and cancellations?
Staycare reservations require a $50 deposit. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. A $25 "Walk-In" fee applies for reservations made less than 24 hours in advance.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 6:30 AM-7:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM-5:00 PM on weekends and holidays. Check-out rates are based on a 24-hour period plus a 3-hour grace period. Late check-out fees apply, and after-hours check-outs are possible with an additional charge and prior arrangement.
